Bouncebuster

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Bouncebuster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Bouncebuster is an email verification service. You submit email addresses through the web app, the REST API, the CLI or the MCP server, and we check their deliverability at the SMTP level, flagging catch-all, disposable and role-based addresses. Verification results are best-effort assessments: they help you clean your list but do not guarantee that a given address will or will not accept mail.

3. Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be authorized to submit the email addresses you verify and to process them for this purpose.

4. Your lists and data

You retain ownership of the lists you upload and the results we return. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, hold and verify those addresses.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Verify addresses to harass individuals or to send unsolicited bulk email
  • Circumvent anti-spam laws or the policies of mailbox providers
  • Attempt to bypass security, authentication or rate-limiting mechanisms
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, in USD or EUR. One credit equals one billable verification; duplicate addresses within a list are counted once and “unknown” results are never charged. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Availability

We do our best to ensure continuous availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, hosting incidents and upstream mail-server behavior may occasionally interrupt or delay the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Bouncebuster cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for decisions you make based on verification results. Without prejudice to the above, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms, with reasonable notice except in emergencies.

10. Intellectual property

Bouncebuster (code, design, brand) remains the property of Vincenzo.be SRL. You retain ownership of your lists, results and messages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will fall under the competent courts of Brussels.
