These Terms govern your access to and use of Bouncebuster (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to submit the email addresses you verify.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use verification to harass individuals, send unsolicited bulk email, or circumvent anti-spam laws.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. Verification results are best-effort assessments and may not be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bouncebuster is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
